This role offers hands-on exposure to campaign development, cross-functional collaboration, and brand storytelling at a fast-moving, consumer-first beauty brand.\nResponsibilities:Support the concept and execution of 360° product campaigns across all channelsContribute beauty, social, and cultural trend insights to inform campaign ideation and creative directionHelp concept new and innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagementMaintain brand integrity across campaigns, ensuring work aligns with brand expression, voice, and valuesCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to support seamless execution and aligned brand messagingRequirements:Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28thMust be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internshipCurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldAvailable for in-office work at least three days per weekStrong interest in beauty, entertainment, culture, and brand storytellingFluent in TikTok, Instagram, and current beauty and pop culture trendsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for collaboration and learningBusiness Rationale:This summer, the Brand Marketing e.l.f.tern will support the development of innovative, culturally relevant product campaigns that reinforce e.l.f.
