Skilled in driving SLA adherence, strengthening internal controls (SOX), Strong expertise in ERP systems, vendor management, month-end closing.\nResponsibilitiesInvoice ProcessingReview and process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed timelinesPerform 2-way / 3-way match (PO, GRN, Invoice).Process non-PO invoices with proper approvals.Ensure correct GL coding and cost allocation.Vendor ManagementRespond to vendor queries and resolve discrepanciesReconcile vendor statements periodicallyMaintain and update vendor master dataPayment ProcessingPrepare and review payment proposalsEnsure timely vendor payments (NEFT/RTGS/Wire/Checks)Month-End ActivitiesSupport month-end closingReconcile AP sub-ledger with General Ledger  Accrual preparation and reporting supportCompliance & ControlsAdhere to company policies and internal controlsSupport internal and external auditsEnsure documentation accuracy and completenessTravel & Expense (T&E) ManagementReview of employee expense claims for policy complianceVerify supporting documentation and approvalsProcess reimbursements within agreed TATHandle corporate card reconciliationsIdentify non-compliant claims and coordinate with employees for clarificationSupport T&E audits and reportingRequirementsBachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or FinanceERP knowledge (SAP / Coupa / NetSuite, etc.)Strong MS Excel skills and Power BI.\nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
