You’ll own the end-to-end analytics process—from understanding business questions, customizing implementations, designing scalable dashboards, to delivering executive-ready insights and recommendations.This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and people leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environments. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role that requires equal parts technical mastery, business acumen, and strategic vision. \nInformation Security ResponsibilitiesPromote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocolsIdentify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assetsUnderstand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive informationRole and ResponsibilitiesLead, grow, and develop analytics project teams and guide the vision for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics clients at BounteousCollaborate with stakeholders to gather business questions and requirements, then develop comprehensive measurement strategy and implementation plansCollaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to drive a unified vision for our clientsIdentify gaps throughout the customer experience and recommend best-in-class solutions. Apply strong business understanding to bridge the gap between analytics and business goals, providing insights that lead to tangible improvements in user experience and ROISeek opportunities to clarify what our clients need (not just what they ask for) and look for opportunities to expand client relationships and projectsEnsure client expectations are met and results are delivered on timeArticulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both in speech and writing; understand the audience and tailor messages accordingly. Deliver clear and compelling presentations with a focus on strategic narratives Exemplify good consulting skills, diplomacy, and effective messaging, and mentor team members in the same vein; share expertise freelyAdapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to overcome technical and business challengesDemonstrate high intellectual bandwidth, as well an ability to prioritize and work on the right things at the right timeSteer changes in process looking for ways to utilize work and find efficienciesTravel as needed to visit prospects and clients and build rapport with global team membersPreferred QualificationsCollege degree (required) plus at least 8+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, consulting, and/or media3+ years managing teams, including leading projects, mentoring team members and building processesDeep expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics with experience building brand new installations, having implemented, configured, and customized the tool.
