In this role, you’ll help people own it.\nMain ResponsibilitesPrepare and submit VAT returns and iSAF registers on a monthly basisPrepare and submit OSS/U.S./other jurisdictions Sales Tax returns on a monthly / quarterly basisCollect, review, and organize financial data on a monthly and quarterly basis for submission to external consultants handling other VAT/GST and U.S. Sales Tax returnsCollaborate with external partners on indirect tax compliance tasks, including data exchange, filing follow-ups, and coordinating payments or refundsSupport the management of VAT/GST and U.S. Sales Tax accounts in the general ledger, including month-end closing activities, journal entries, and account reconciliationsMaintain and update the global indirect tax compliance calendar, ensuring all deadlines are metAssist with indirect tax registrations in relevant jurisdictions as neededParticipate in group audits and manage audit materialsCommunicate with respective Tax Authorities during the tax audits or responding to any other inquiriesHelp strengthen internal tax knowledge by documenting best practices and contributing to internal VAT guidance materialsProvide additional support to accounting and finance operations as required.Core RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or taxationSolid understanding of VAT / Sales tax principlesExcellent written and spoken English communication skillsEffective communication skillsSelf-driven, initiative, problem-solving oriented personHigh attention to detail and accuracyMotivated to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Salary RangeGross Salary 3100-4500 EUR/Month.\nWhat We OfferInnovate with industry leadersWork alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.Learn & growBoost your skills via our extensive training programs (online and offline) & other resources.
