Empowering businesses everywhere to keep their people, systems, and data safe.Key qualities and behaviors of a successful leader at Nord Security\nMain ResponsibilitesDefine and lead the partnerships strategy, from planning and execution to performance management to all partnerships, including Podcasts and InfluencersLead and manage the Partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance;Collaborate with internal marketing, product, design and data teams to strengthen sustainable growth and user acquisition performance across Partnerships channel;Take part in negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements and valuable partnerships;Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective use of tools, processes, and resources to drive team efficiency;Track and monitor key metrics, analyse data to inform decision-making, and use insights to optimize performance and ensure continuous growth;Constantly seek innovations - new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities.Core requirements3+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing, preferably with B2B products Proven track record of closing strategic deals and hitting ambitious targets;Experience in leading high-performing teams;Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities;Strong negotiation and clear, confident communication skills;Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and lead projects from inception to completion.Working knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing;Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks;Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data.Salary RangeGross Salary 3700 - 5500 EUR/Month.\nWhat We OfferInnovate with industry leadersWork alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.Learn & growBoost your skills via our extensive training programs (online and offline) & other resources.
