Resilience is embedded in our DNA, and our mission is to fight evil by creating the best security and automation devices in the world.To support our rapid global growth and manufacturing scale, we are looking for a Head of Logistics who will take full ownership of Ajax Systems’ global logistics operations.\nKey responsibilities:Build, lead, and develop Ajax Systems’ international logistics team.Design, implement, and manage end-to-end logistics processes.Ensure best in class Logistics methods, processes and solutions. Drive automation of logistics processes and workplaces.Manage import & export logistics: Ukraine, Vietnam, Turkey, EU, North America, UAE.Oversee fulfillment and own warehouses globally.Ensure customs clearance compliance worldwide.Enable data-driven decision-making across all logistics functions.Implement GTD principles to improve execution and prioritization.Drive and ensure a Continuous Improvement approach.Hard skills:5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in logistics leadership or consulting roles.Proven experience managing international and cross-functional teams.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships.Commercially and financially astute, with experience managing budgets and optimizing costs.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to think critically and beyond standard frameworks.Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.Excellent organizational and people management skills.Confident negotiator capable of operating at all levels.Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to plan and deliver against tight deadlines.English and Ukrainian proficiency at C1 level or higher.APICS Certificate is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.A proven track of designing and improving international Logistics networks will be considered as an advantage.TMS systems experience will be considered as an advantage.Soft skills:High level of personal responsibility and ownership.Think-like-an-owner mentality.Strong results orientation.Optimistic, resilient, and open to change.Self-motivated and able to perform effectively under pressure.Additionally:Location: Kyiv or Dubai.Willingness to travel extensively as part of a global role.We offer:A mission-driven company with a strong sense of purpose and resilience.Opportunity to lead and scale one of the most complex logistics operations in the security tech industry.A truly innovative product used by millions worldwide.A zero-bullshit culture focused on results and ownership.A strong, professional, and highly motivated international team.Ambitious challenges and the opportunity to make a real global impact.Being part of the emerging global leader in security and automation technologies.\nAjax Systems is a Ukrainian success story — a place of incredible strength and energy.Join us to make ‘Made in Ukraine’ a symbol of reliability ????????
