That's why resilience is the cornerstone of the brand's DNA, and the fight against evil by creating the best security and automation devices is Ajax unwavering mission.\nKey requirements:1 year of experience on similar position.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.Foreign language: English – fluent, C1/C2 level.Knowledge of short- and long-term leasing conditions in European Union countries.Ability to effectively organize one’s own work and high communication skills.Proactive approach to seeking new solutions.Responsibilities: Coordinating the fleet across the European Union (including Poland)Verifying fleet service agreements in individual EU countriesEnsuring operational activities comply with applicable fleet service agreements across various EU countries.Opening new credit lines and negotiating financial terms, including fees, repayment schedules, deposits, and prepayments.Verifying mileage and handling claims under existing agreements.Building and developing the current fleet.Vehicle allocation and supervisionAllocating company vehicles to employees based on role requirements and needs.Monitoring compliance with fleet policy and legal regulations.Maintaining records of vehicle operating costs and coordinating maintenance services. Providing daily support to vehicle users, including assistance with claims and service issues.Ongoing communication with drivers to ensure operational support.Developing and implementing car policyDeveloping fleet management procedures.Overseeing vehicle insurance and ensuring all fleet operations meet regulatory standards.Budgeting and planning car fleet costsPlanning and controlling the car fleet budget, including determining optimal expenditures related to the maintenance and operation of company vehicles.
