That's why resilience is the cornerstone of the brand's DNA, and the fight against evil by creating the best security and automation devices is Ajax's unwavering mission.Ajax Systems is a Ukrainian success story, a place of incredible strength and energy. \nResponsibilities:Assist technically business development manager for customer meetings.Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars on the product (for customers and company employees).Present new  products and new features for Ajax Systems distributors, as well as installers.Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology.Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and support of key clients.Market research and сomparative сharacteristics of products of the competitors.Develop long-term relationships with key partners of the company.​​Beta test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the rest of the team.Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.Key requirements:5+ years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation fields.Strong hands-on knowledge of intrusion systems, CCTV,  fire detection systems, and access control solutions. Proven experience in the installation and/or design of video surveillance, fire protection, intrusion, or other security systems.Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; French will be a plusPublic speaking experience is considered a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes.
