You will work across several Coupa modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses and Analytics.\nWhat You'll Do: As a specialist in Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) product deployments, your main responsibilities will be in enabling customers in designing, configuring and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes.You will work with some of the largest companies in the world to guide them in defining the processes they use to manage their Procurement activities.Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation solution architecture towards a successful, on-time implementation, taking into consideration Suite Synergy opportunities.Oversee all functional design aspects of implementation by taking the lead in managing and mentoring workstream solution architects from both Coupa and partner teams, ensuring a successful delivery of the project scope.Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices to colleagues, partners and customers.Create and/or improve implementation templates, best practices, training and presentations and be a champion for their adoption.Manage customers where up to 25% of your time may include travel.What You Will Bring to Coupa: 6+ years’ consulting experience in Procure-to-Invoice, either as part of a procurement organization or a consulting firm or software provider (SAP Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, GEP).Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to guide customers through best practice-driven design processes that lead towards a rapid, successful go live.Experience with Direct Spend, Services & Workforce Procurement, Inventory Management is a plus.A proven track record in prototyping, demonstrating, designing, configuring, and delivering procurement systems is required.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.Self-starter and quick learner, must be able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changes in a fast paced and passionate environment.
