You will manage multiple open positions simultaneously, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth, equitable, and mission-aligned recruitment process. The Temporary Recruiter will leverage creative sourcing strategies, develop diverse talent pipelines, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. By contributing to the growth of the team and supporting a meaningful mission, you will make a direct impact on organizational success.
