We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter in United States.This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives for senior and specialized positions, directly influencing organizational growth and success. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to shape recruitment strategies, mentor junior team members, and drive innovative sourcing approaches to attract top-tier candidates. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and stakeholder management, with exposure to full lifecycle recruiting and advanced candidate assessment. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining talent networks, managing recruitment projects, and providing thought leadership on industry trends and best practices. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a dynamic, mission-driven environment where your contributions directly support the organization’s long-term talent strategy.\nAccountabilities:Lead complex recruitment campaigns for senior and specialized roles, aligning with organizational priorities.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging deep industry knowledge and talent networks.Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on recruitment strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.Mentor and support junior recruiting team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.Oversee candidate assessment processes to maintain high-quality standards and alignment with strategic objectives.Manage cross-functional recruitment projects, ensuring timely execution and effective communication across teams.Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS and provide insights on trends, market dynamics, and best practices.Requirements:7+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, including full lifecycle recruiting and advanced sourcing.5+ years advising and influencing senior leaders, including Sr Director and Executive-level stakeholders.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools (LinkedIn), and advanced interview techniques.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Experience in life sciences or clinical research recruitment is highly desirable.Demonstrated leadership experience, including project management and mentorship of junior team members.Strategic thinker with critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and legal/compliance knowledge in recruitment.SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.Benefits:Competitive base salary ($71,955 – $125,109) with potential variable bonus.Health coverage and wellness benefits.Paid holidays and time off.Professional development and mentorship opportunities.Career growth potential in talent acquisition leadership.Flexible and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and collaboration.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
