We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Development in the United States.This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support the company’s inorganic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing deals, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. The Senior Manager, Corporate Development will play a critical analytical and operational role in evaluating potential transactions, managing diligence processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will combine financial modeling, scientific literacy, and strategic insight to assess assets and support key investment decisions. The position provides exposure to complex deals in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, offering significant growth potential within a strategic development organization. This is a high-impact role suited for someone with strong analytical, project management, and collaborative skills, working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.\nAccountabilities:Support financial modeling and valuation for potential acquisitions, licensing deals, and strategic transactions, including DCF, IRR, NPV, and accretion/dilution analyses.Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio assessments to inform strategic decision-making.Partner with cross-functional teams—including R&D, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Operations—to evaluate assets, identify risks, and optimize transaction outcomes.Manage diligence workstreams, track deliverables, and summarize findings, highlighting key value drivers and risk considerations.Assist in drafting investment memos, executive presentations, and governance materials for internal decision-making.Support negotiation preparation by providing scenario modeling, risk analysis, and integration planning.Contribute to process improvements, deal tracking, and post-deal monitoring to enhance corporate development operations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.4–8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or strategic finance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.Demonstrated experience supporting M&A, licensing, or strategic transactions.Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with ability to synthesize complex information.Scientific literacy or background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotech, or related fields.Highly organized with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with attention to detail, able to balance short-term deliverables with long-term business impact.Benefits:Competitive base salary range of $95,000 - $193,000, based on experience and location.Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.Professional development opportunities and career growth potential.Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.Inclusive, collaborative, and high-impact work environment.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
