We are currently looking for a Global Controller in United States.We are seeking a Global Controller to lead and oversee consolidated financial operations, supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights and operational guidance. This role combines hands-on accounting leadership with the ability to influence processes across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. You will manage daily operations including accounting, treasury, reporting, and audit readiness, while implementing improvements through advanced tooling, AI automation, and streamlined financial processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and support strategic business initiatives. You will also build and mentor a high-performing finance team, shaping the culture and capabilities as the organization scales.
