We are currently looking for an Associate Director, Technical Accounting & M&A in United States.This role offers the opportunity to lead complex accounting and financial reporting initiatives, with a particular focus on technical accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments. You will serve as a trusted advisor across Finance, Legal, Tax, and external audit teams, providing insights and guidance on U.S. GAAP application, purchase accounting, and integration of new accounting standards. The position requires hands-on involvement in both pre- and post-transaction accounting, driving accurate reporting and compliance while supporting cross-functional business initiatives. Ideal candidates are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of mentoring junior staff while navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
