You will act as the principal liaison to clients, ensuring delivery quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while influencing strategic decisions. The role requires managing multi-department teams, mentoring managers, and establishing governance frameworks that align with organizational goals. You will oversee the full contract lifecycle, identify opportunities for expansion, and collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to strengthen client relationships.
