We are currently looking for a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer in United States.This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and scale production-grade bioinformatics pipelines that support large-scale genomic and clinical data processing. You will lead efforts to translate validated research workflows into automated, cloud-based production systems, ensuring high reliability, reproducibility, and efficiency. The position involves close collaboration with product and development teams to optimize pipeline performance, implement automation, and maintain secure high-throughput data transfers across cloud environments. You will contribute to long-term roadmap planning and drive technical improvements that accelerate scientific discovery.
