We are currently looking for an Engineering Director - Commercial Systems in United Arab Emirates.This role offers the opportunity to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for critical internal systems and a high-impact security product. You will drive technical excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation across full-stack software services while developing engineering managers and shaping team culture. Your leadership will directly influence product roadmaps, performance standards, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and business teams. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in complex, distributed systems, fostering a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
