We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Executive in United States.This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive revenue growth and strengthen client partnerships within the health and wellbeing space. You will manage a portfolio of Health Plan and Distributor clients, focusing on both renewals and expansion of products, services, and populations. The position requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, optimize account performance, and deliver measurable results. Success in this role directly contributes to revenue growth, client retention, and long-term strategic partnerships, all within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.\nAccountabilities:Serve as the primary client liaison for assigned accounts, building credibility and trust at all levels of client organizations.Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, challenges, and regulatory considerations to create actionable, client-specific strategic plans.Drive revenue growth by managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities across lines of business and services.Ensure client contractual obligations are met and communicate risks or concerns to internal stakeholders.Prepare and deliver presentations, business reviews, and insights derived from client data to support strategic planning and decision-making.Collaborate with internal teams, including Salesforce pipeline management, RFP proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.Monitor client satisfaction and implement proactive actions to maintain high retention and referenceability.Requirements:8+ years of sales and/or account management experience, preferably in the health, wellbeing, population health, or digital health industries.Strong understanding of employee benefits, self-funded business, and health-related services.Proven ability to handle complex client situations, deliver renewals, and grow existing accounts.Experience with consultative selling, benefits strategy management, and health analytics or research.Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Ability to develop strategic insights, assess risks, and implement actionable plans to drive client success.Benefits:Competitive base salary: $105,000–$125,000 (varies by location, skills, and experience).Eligibility for sales commission plan.Health, dental, vision, and mental health benefits.Flexible, inclusive work environment that celebrates diversity and fosters belonging.Opportunities for professional growth and engagement in strategic client-facing initiatives.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
