The Manager, CS Operations will design and optimize processes, systems, and tools that enhance the post-sales experience, drive retention and expansion, and ensure operational excellence across the Customer Success organization. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will lead initiatives that align people, processes, and technology to deliver measurable impact, while mentoring a team of CS Operations professionals.
