We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in United States.This role provides the opportunity to serve as the strategic bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value delivery of enterprise SaaS solutions. You will cultivate and strengthen relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, guiding customers to achieve measurable outcomes and maximize platform usage. The position requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative approach to problem-solving, adoption strategies, and escalation management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales—to align objectives, provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities for expansion.
