We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in United States.This role is focused on driving the success and growth of fintech and BNPL customers by managing their post-sales experience end-to-end. You will work closely with enterprise clients to optimize payments flows, increase product adoption, and ensure value realization. The position requires a combination of strategic account management, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration with technical, operations, and product teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance, thought leadership, and proactive workshops to address complex business challenges.
