We are currently looking for a Customer Operations Associate in United States.As a Customer Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of customer experience initiatives, transforming strategy into tangible results. You will work closely with leadership to optimize systems, processes, and analytics, ensuring high-impact projects are delivered efficiently. This role blends operational rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights to improve CX performance. You will support tooling rollouts, process improvements, and executive reporting, while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
