We are currently looking for a Scrum Master in United States.The Scrum Master will serve as the key facilitator for multiple Agile delivery teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and enabling predictable execution in a complex, high-stakes environment. This role supports sprint and Program Increment (PI) planning, manages team-level dependencies, mitigates risks, and drives continuous improvement in Agile practices and team performance. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including program leadership, technical leads, and Product Owners, you will foster collaboration, accountability, and transparency across teams. The ideal candidate brings experience in scaled Agile frameworks, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at coaching teams to deliver high-quality results.
