As a Program Associate, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a national program addressing oncology case backlogs. The position involves working closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient onboarding of credentialed specialists, smooth access to electronic medical records, and accurate reporting of program metrics. You will play a critical part in process improvement, stakeholder communication, and operational support.
