We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Affiliate Community in United States.This role is responsible for building, scaling, and managing a high-performing affiliate creator ecosystem across multiple social commerce and affiliate platforms. You will recruit, activate, and engage hundreds of creators to drive consistent content output, engagement, and measurable performance across TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, affiliate networks, and emerging commerce channels. The position requires a strategic and systems-minded operator who can design scalable community frameworks, incentives, and engagement strategies while ensuring creators consistently deliver results. You will work cross-functionally with strategy, operations, paid media, and client services teams to translate performance signals into actionable improvements.
