This role blends creative leadership with hands-on execution, combining brand stewardship, experimentation, and speed. If you thrive in ambitious environments where cutting-edge technology meets disruptive creativity, this position offers both ownership and global influence.\nAccountabilities:Leading the creative direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across PR, social platforms (X, TikTok, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, YouTube), paid media, and global events.Owning and evolving the visual identity for new protocols and initiatives, ensuring consistency while allowing distinct sub-brand differentiation.Leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Gemini, Magnific) to accelerate content creation and push creative boundaries.Designing high-impact influencer and KOL kits, including motion graphics, branded templates, avatars, and multimedia assets.Developing offline and experiential creative for global events, including large-scale installations, booth concepts, and bold PR activations.Transforming complex technical data into clear, visually compelling infographics and motion-based storytelling assets.Contributing to high-quality video production and editing initiatives to support marketing and community engagement efforts.Requirements:The ideal candidate combines creative excellence with deep understanding of Web3 culture and AI-powered workflows.
