We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing in Romania.In this role, you will build and lead the entire marketing function from the ground up, shaping how a breakthrough AI platform is introduced to the global industrial market. You will define the go-to-market strategy, craft compelling messaging, and directly influence revenue generation and brand positioning. Operating in a fast-paced startup environment, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, testing, learning, and iterating continuously. Your work will directly impact growth, pipeline creation, and market adoption. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams while enjoying a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
