We are currently looking for a Head of Growth in New Zealand.This role offers the opportunity to lead product-led growth for a high-velocity platform connecting creators and audiences. You will own the systems, experiments, and analytics that drive activation, retention, monetisation, and viral growth across the platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, data, and marketing, you will design, optimise, and scale growth mechanisms that directly impact revenue and engagement. You will build and mentor a world-class Growth team while establishing processes, KPIs, and experimentation infrastructure to accelerate decision-making.
