We are currently looking for a Design Lead, Consumer Experience in United States.This role is an exciting opportunity for a visionary design leader to shape and elevate the consumer experience across a diverse portfolio of digital and physical products. The Design Lead will set the design strategy, drive user-centered innovation, and ensure seamless, intuitive interactions across kiosks, mobile apps, web platforms, and operator-facing tools. This position requires close collaboration with product, engineering, hardware, and marketing teams to translate complex user journeys into elegant solutions. You will mentor and grow a high-performing design team, champion accessibility and research-driven design, and influence product roadmaps and client experiences. Success in this role will directly enhance consumer satisfaction, enterprise client engagement, and the overall impact of the product ecosystem.
