We are currently looking for a Creative Director (Mobile Ads & UA) in Norway.This is a high-impact leadership role at the crossroads of creativity, performance marketing, and game design. You will own the vision and execution of mobile video advertising campaigns designed to drive installs and optimize cost-per-install (CPI) performance. Beyond producing compelling content, you will architect data-informed creative strategies that convert viewers into loyal players. Working closely with user acquisition, marketing, and product teams, you will transform player psychology and gameplay moments into high-performing ad narratives. This role combines creative storytelling, analytical rigor, and production leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
