As Brand Director, you will lead strategic branding initiatives across campaigns, partnerships, and digital platforms to engage a diverse community of volunteers, advocates, donors, and members. You will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, development, and engagement teams to ensure consistent, authentic messaging that resonates with younger anglers, outdoorsy families, and avid outdoor enthusiasts. This position allows you to blend creativity, strategy, and storytelling while managing internal and external resources to build brand awareness, loyalty, and equity. The work is fully remote, giving you flexibility to lead initiatives and guide creative direction from anywhere.
