You will be responsible for technical leadership within a dynamic squad, helping to streamline processes and ensure high-quality deliverables. If you are passionate about technology and eager to lead a talented team, this is the opportunity for you.\nAccountabilitiesSupport the discovery phase driven by Architecture with technical analysis, risk assessment, estimates, and PoCs.Convert architectural decisions into execution plans, technical backlogs, and engineering standards.Lead the squad technically, overseeing code reviews, practices, guidelines, and daily engineering decisions.Orchestrate integrations and dependencies between teams, ensuring predictability and traceability.RequirementsExperience leading engineering in critical transactional platforms and complex integrations.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and corporate governance.Execution mindset with a focus on quality and operational excellence.Experience in backend application development using .NET 8 and .NET 9.Develop, maintain and evolve REST APIs ensuring proper documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI.Implement and sustain microservices following architecture standards and best practices.Experience working in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GKE.Implement messaging solutions using Kafka or RabbitMQ.Develop unit tests using xUnit, NUnit or MSTest, applying mocking techniques.Use Entity Framework Core for data access and persistence.Version code and collaborate in repositories using GitLab.Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).Actively participate in Scrum / Kanban ceremonies.Contribute to story refinement and estimation using Story Points and T-Shirt Size.Knowledge in payment methods and billing with practical experience in journeys and integrations.BenefitsMeal vouchers.Food vouchers.Home office assistance.Medical assistance.Dental assistance.Life insurance.Discount partnerships.Agility training.Verity Learning opportunities.Employee engagement initiatives.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
