In this role, you will be essential to the financial management of civil engineering projects. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, you will ensure budgets are accurate and financial reporting is timely. Your expertise will assist in maintaining project profitability and compliance with contractual obligations, impacting the overall success of our engineering engagements. A proactive approach and strong analytical skills will be crucial in identifying financial risks and enhancing cash flow, driving project success from inception to completion.\nAccountabilitiesSet up new projects in the accounting system, including contract values and budgets.Monitor project budgets, costs, and revenue against forecasts.Prepare and process client invoices while ensuring compliance with contract terms.Assist with collections and monitor accounts receivable aged balances.Analyze project performance metrics including utilization and margin.Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with client contract requirements.Serve as a financial liaison between Accounting and Project Management teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.3–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in civil engineering or construction.Experience with project-based accounting and familiarity with government contracts.Strong proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Excel.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.BenefitsCompetitive salary package from Php 50,000 to Php 55,000.Company-provided full set-up for desktop/laptop with backup internet.15 Vacation Leaves and 5 Sick Leaves.HMO on the first day of hire.Annual Performance Reviews and Unlimited Employee Referral Incentives.Social Clubs and Interest Workshops.Statutory benefits including Maternity, Paternity, and Retirement Benefits.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
