In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a flexible, remote environment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. You'll manage accounting tasks effectively, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Your ability to analyze complex data and foster professional relationships will contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.\nAccountabilitiesAct as a partner to internal and external business teams by providing qualitative and quantitative accounting/financial oversight.Conduct various day-to-day accounting functions in support of the portfolio accounting team.Maintain assigned monthly workpaper reconciliations, identifying and resolving problematic transactions.Prepare monthly reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.Support the year-end audit process and assist in month-end close responsibilities.Compile and analyze complex financial data and generate recommendations.Communicate positively and proactively with operating teams.RequirementsBachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or related field.1-3 years of accounting and/or finance experience.CPA and/or MBA preferred.Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general ledger applications.Experience with Yardi Voyager accounting software preferred.Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.BenefitsFlexible work arrangements with a fully remote option.Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per year.Health, vision, and dental insurance options.Retirement plans and tuition reimbursement.Employee assistance programs.Opportunities for professional growth and development.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
