In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the technical sales process and facilitating customer expansion. You will join early customer discussions to conduct technical discovery and integration planning, ensuring that prospects move towards a 'technical yes' more efficiently. Your expertise will help simplify and expedite the buying process, enabling customers to better leverage our partner’s API capabilities and services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing team that supports a vast number of users and financial institutions.\nAccountabilitiesJoin high-priority deals early as the technical partner to the Account Executive and lead technical discovery.Translate customer architecture and goals into a clear integration plan, addressing risks and trade-offs.Speed up technical sales by enhancing alignment from discovery to solutioning and final terms.Support post-sale initiatives by proposing new use cases and accelerating product adoption.Create solutions playbooks and maintain a knowledge base for repeatable processes across sales.Collaborate with various teams to improve product learnings and customer enablement.Requirements5+ years of experience in technical solutioning within a pre-sales environment.Strong technical foundation, preferably in Computer Science, with relevant STEM backgrounds considered.Experience working with APIs in roles such as selling, implementing, or supporting.Proven critical thinking skills, able to delve into questions to address underlying needs.Ability to navigate both pre-sales and post-sales contexts effectively.High sense of ownership and quick ramp-up capability to produce valuable assets.Adaptability to a startup environment with evolving structures and processes.BenefitsCompetitive salary range between $150,000 - $180,000 annually.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote-first team culture.Access to ongoing professional development and technical training.Flexibility in work hours to promote a better work-life balance.Engage with a diverse team of professionals in a rapidly growing sector.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
