This position is ideal for those who enjoy turning complex systems into simple, user-friendly experiences, focusing on impactful moments in a product infused with AI technology.\nAccountabilitiesTake ownership of complex issues from initial concept and prototyping to launch and iteration in production.Shape product vision and influence roadmap direction through strong UX perspective and rapid prototyping.Design intuitive, reliable AI-driven experiences for various personas and use cases.Utilize modern design and AI-assisted prototyping tools to explore ideas and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.Lead quick and light discovery loops leveraging behavioral signals, agile research, and in-product data.Transform ambitious ideas into simple, testable experiments that generate rapid learnings and measurable outcomes.Collaborate closely with PM, engineers, and data teams to define scope, constraints, technical feasibility, and success metrics.Balance short-term execution and long-term strategic vision in a rapidly evolving market and technology landscape.Advocate for high standards of quality, usability, and clarity across the entire customer journey.Support and mentor other designers through feedback, collaboration, and leading by example in craft and design thinking.RequirementsMore than 5 years of experience in designing complex SaaS products within cross-functional teams.Proven ability to tackle ambiguous and impactful challenges from concept to delivery.Experience in developing product initiatives or features in exploratory phases, within fast-paced and iterative environments.Strong background in designing end-to-end workflows and systems beyond isolated screens.Hands-on experience in designing, delivering, or iterating on AI-driven or data-oriented experiences.Utilization of AI-assisted prototyping tools within your design-tech stack to expedite strategic thinking.Experience with Figma Make and Cursor (or equivalent tools) required.Ability to balance speed, quality of execution, and strategic vision.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with demonstrated influence on product direction.High standard in interaction design, edge case management, and overall UX quality.Hands-on programming experience is considered a significant asset.BenefitsCompetitive salary range of 120-145k CAD, with adjustments based on the candidate's location and local market conditions.Real autonomy combined with a strong culture of collaboration, trust, and support.Opportunity to work within a passionate team of curious and creative individuals.Environment that fosters personal expression, evolution, and development of creativity.Commitment to a healthy and inclusive work environment.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
