In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the compliance program for our partner organization, impacting over 28 million members. You will provide regulatory interpretation, manage compliance reporting, and lead significant projects, all while ensuring adherence to complex regulatory frameworks. Your work will help shape policies and compliance strategies, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the continental United States, providing an excellent work-life balance.\nAccountabilitiesRespond to external requests for information related to regulatory filings.Manage compliance reporting responsibilities and address inquiries from regulatory agencies.Lead and manage ethics and compliance projects.Review regulatory requirements and create relevant policies.Oversee annual code of conduct attestation and remediation processes.Communicate compliance requirements to clients.Provide guidance on compliance policies and procedures.Identify and resolve compliance issues.Maintain regulatory documentation.Develop and conduct compliance training programs.Perform compliance audits and risk assessments.Assist in managing relationships with regulatory agencies.Support management with compliance officer responsibilities.Coordinate Compliance Committee policy implementation.Serve as a liaison on compliance-related issues.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience.Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate preferred.3+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs.Project management experience with knowledge of compliance laws, especially HIPAA and state regulations.BenefitsCompetitive pay ranging from $70,100.00 to $126,200.00 per year.Comprehensive health insurance.401K and stock purchase plans.Tuition reimbursement.Paid time off plus holidays.Flexible work arrangements including remote options.Commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
