In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the modernization of mission-critical applications used throughout the U.S. Courts. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business requirements, collaborating with product owners, and employing Agile practices to enhance user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant project that impacts a broad range of stakeholders while working in a mature Agile environment.\nAccountabilitiesElicit and capture business requirements in an Agile software development environment.Document and manage acceptance criteria, business rules, and requirement documentation.Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize user stories and conduct usability testing.Utilize UI/UX concepts to design technical solutions that meet business needs.Decompose Epics into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements.Participate in the development and refinement of Project Backlog Stories.Facilitate the team in developing acceptance criteria for user stories.Document standard operating procedures and maintain release information.Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize dependencies and workflows.Support the testing team to ensure alignment with the business vision.Conduct business process analysis and provide technical assistance.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years of experience in Agile software development.Experience with at least one enterprise software project in the last three years.Strong understanding of Agile processes and practices.Ability to write acceptance criteria and conduct testing effectively.Proficient in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills in a complex environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $83,927 - $113,549 based on experience.Flexible work schedule to promote work/life balance.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off including vacation, personal, and parental leave.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote environment.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
