This role plays a pivotal part in leading large engineering teams and overseeing multiple projects that drive data solutions aligned with organizational goals. You will lead and mentor a diverse team of data engineers, while establishing performance objectives and promoting skill development. This position requires collaboration with business stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure cohesive data strategy support for business objectives.
