In this pivotal role, you will supervise and coordinate resources and activities of an implementation team to ensure seamless project execution. Your leadership will drive the creation of project plans addressing client needs and enhance mediation between sales staff, clients, and third parties. You will play a critical role in transitioning clients smoothly and improving relationships with suppliers through efficient communication and training.
