This role plays a critical part in shaping the software development strategy while ensuring the architectural integrity of systems used across various financial services. As a leader in this position, you will influence architectural approaches that enhance the scalability, maintainability, and security of solutions. Your technical expertise will guide development teams, fostering collaboration and innovation in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet evolving business demands.\nAccountabilitiesDesign software architecture specifications to meet functional and non-functional requirements.Apply modern architecture principles and patterns including microservices and cloud-native.Leverage advanced technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud services.Improve and enforce software engineering standards and best practices.Mentor software engineering teams and cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence.Collaborate with product management and technology teams to translate market needs into software solutions.Research and evaluate new technologies for adoption and integration.Monitor software performance and address any quality or security issues.Document and present architecture and design to stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field.10+ years of experience in software engineering.5+ years of experience in software architecture and design.Experience in Banking and/or Fintech is preferred.Proven track record in delivering scalable software solutions.Expert knowledge of programming languages and frameworks.Strong experience with modern architecture principles and patterns.Familiarity with technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud services.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and about 11 Holidays per year.HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits.401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match.Employee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to a trading account.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
