In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting business operations by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering effective NetSuite solutions. You will engage closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that NetSuite is utilized to meet both operational and strategic objectives. Your contribution will directly impact the efficiency and success of various business functions.\nAccountabilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications for NetSuite enhancements and implementationsAnalyze current business processes and recommend system and process improvementsSupport NetSuite configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards in collaboration with technical teamsParticipate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activitiesProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of NetSuite functionalityMaintain clear documentation including requirements, process flows, and solution designsAct as a liaison between business users and technical teamsRequirements5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to NetSuiteSolid understanding of NetSuite modules and business processesExperience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution designStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in remote, distributed teamsExposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments is advantageousBenefitsNetSuite certification or formal NetSuite training highly advantageousRelevant degree or diploma in Business, IT, or a related field preferredFlexibility to work remotelyOpportunity for contract renewal after 12 months\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
