We are currently looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (Creator Economy) in Luxembourg.In this role, you will act as a technical partner to creators, guiding them through complex build, launch, and optimization journeys to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing app experiences. You will work closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to diagnose issues, design robust implementations, and future-proof technical setups. This position combines deep technical problem-solving with high-touch customer engagement in a fast-growing, AI-powered platform environment. You will own the technical success of a portfolio of creators, helping them move faster with confidence and clarity. Your work will directly impact product adoption, platform reliability, and long-term customer retention.
