We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market in Poland.In this role, you will manage a portfolio of mid-market schools and districts, ensuring they effectively adopt and integrate innovative educational technology into their daily operations. You will be responsible for driving product adoption, supporting onboarding and professional development, and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with both teachers and administrators. By monitoring engagement and designing targeted interventions, you will secure renewals, identify growth opportunities, and maximize customer success.
