We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager, Corporate Tax in United States.In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate tax clients, guiding them to maximize the value of their solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will build strong relationships, deliver tailored education, and monitor customer health while collaborating with internal teams to address challenges and identify growth opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will leverage technology platforms to track customer engagement, forecast opportunities, and provide actionable insights that enhance retention and satisfaction.
