We have an elite team of entrepreneurs and technologists who share the same passion and pursue continuous excellence in their work.We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Japan.\nResponsibilities:Responsible for domestic and foreign business development of AI data services, implement and complete the annual business plan, and be responsible for business goals and performance indicators.Independently complete business negotiations and pre-sales communication, plan cooperation projects and progress implementation, and complete business matters such as cooperation negotiation, contract terms negotiation and contract signing.Maintain good customer relationship, visit customers regularly, follow up project progress in time, and grasp customer needs and project status.Deeply understand the various needs of business partners, design external cooperation strategies for data business ecology; internally coordinate team resources such as products and operations, optimize business cooperation processes, and promote efficient implementation of projects.Track the latest developments in the industry, collect and sort out customer and market information in the industry, discover opportunities and form reports to provide basis for decision-making.Requirements:Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in AI industry, experience in data collection and labeling services is preferred, and successful sales and bidding experience for large-scale projects above one million.Understand the field of data collection and labeling, familiar with the cooperation models of related industries, and has strong business development and coordination capabilities.Clear logic, sense of responsibility, proactive, strong ability to resist pressure, able to complete difficult tasks independently.Result-driven, good at communication and negotiation skills.Business travel as needed.\nWeRide.ai offers competitive salary depending on the experience.
