WeRide has operated a self-driving fleet for more than 2,200 days.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work onsite at Weride.ai. \nWhat you will do:Support HR operation and recruiting workPerform end to end recruitment administrative support: candidates sourcing, resume screenings, new hire paperwork, etc.Support other areas of HR such as Benefits, Employee Relations, and immigrationSupport and coordinate company activities and eventsManage confidential information in a discrete wayPerform other duties as necessaryRequirements:At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related fieldHuman resources, administrative, and/or coordinating experience preferredAdvanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel)Experience with applicant tracking system (Lever) considered a plusStrong people skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of individualsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsHigh level of energy, drive, initiative, and commitmentAble to work onsite 40 hours per weekMandarin speaking is preferred\n$20 - $30 an hour\nWeRide.ai offers competitive salary depending on the experience.
