Our SelectLeaders client is a real estate investment and development company. Our client's real estate assets include downtown office buildings, residential and master-planned land development projects, retail and industrial properties, and large acreage land holdings. Position OverviewWe’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of three Class‑A high‑rise office towers (1,000,000 sqft) and parking structures within the same complex. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn the commercial real estate industry from the ground up. This position plays a key role in tenant support, vendor coordination, and overall operations to keep the property running smoothly.Ideal CandidateYou thrive in a fast‑paced environment, communicate clearly, and enjoy helping tenants and supporting building operations. You’re organized, proactive, comfortable learning new technology and systems, and able to manage multiple priorities with a positive, professional approach.\nKey Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requestsCoordinate vendor access with tenants and SecurityProvide general support during tenant onboarding and move‑outsManage building operating systems, including access controls, work order platforms, and tenant‑facing technology.
