This role will provide coordination across program operations, health and safety, quality assurance, and staff support. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively, and delivers consistently high-quality work while supporting a diverse technical team.\nJob Description:Support day to day program operations, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with federal and contractor teamsWorks closely with the program management office to facilitate program operations and functional tasksAssist with onsite health and safety initiatives, including reporting, training logistics, compliance tracking, safety program support, and H&S inspection preparationSupport quality assurance activities including document control, QA review and other tracking, and audit preparationServe as a staff liaison, supporting onboarding processes, workspace coordination, and general staff needsAssist with meeting preparation, agendas, notes, and action trackingMaintain organized program files, logistics, and operational resourcesProvide responsive, professional support to clients and internal stakeholdersQualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experienceExperience supporting federal programs, scientific teams, or onsite operations preferredStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with health and safety, QA, or administrative coordination is a plusAbility to work onsite daily and maintain a professional presence with federal clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills are requiredComfortable meeting with and speaking to people regularly, including federal staff, contractors, and program leadership\n$50,000 - $80,000 a year\nERG offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, educational benefits, FSAs, a generous 401k plan, profit sharing, an EAP, 11-20 paid vacation days per year, 10 paid holidays per year, 56 hours or more of sick leave (based on the state you work in) per year (pro-rated for part-time) and more.
