As part of our APAC-based sales team, you'll have the opportunity to source leads, build valuable relationships, and convert exciting opportunities across APAC. What will you be doing?In this individual contributor role, you will independently manage your pipeline, achieve revenue targets, drive product adoption, and contribute to ongoing innovation. Your responsibilities include identifying, prospecting, and establishing opportunities with global financial service providers and enterprise merchants across APAC.\nKey responsibilities:Responsible for closing new Payment Service Provider (PSP) contracts or Enterprise Merchant contractsManage full sales cycle from prospecting to converting PSP, Gateway or acquirer/processor opportunities and aid in their growth and developmentAchieve new business targets, share of wallet growth, profit and customer satisfactionProvide sales training and sales support to the customer when appropriateWork with the Sales Engineering and Solutions Manager teams to effortlessly onboard new clientsManage alongside the client success and partner marketing teams to deliver customer training and activation sessionsDevelop customer plans for efficient handover of accounts to Account Management teamsMake connections with influencers and decision makers that will lead to opportunities in the short and long term, all while building and maintaining trustWhat we are looking for:Proven successful sales or direct partnership experience in the payments industryKnowledge of the FinTech payments space - A broad view of how and where PPRO fits within the payments ecosystem and how that is strategically important to PPRO’s future positioningProven record of high performance and achieving outstanding resultsStrong commercial, analytical, and quantitative skills are essential, and the ability to leverage data and analytics to back up assumptions, suggestions, and drive actionsStrong sense of ownership and demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision Have strong influencing skills and be comfortable engaging with different types of customers including technical, C-level, marketing team and customising messaging based on the audienceWhat we'd love to see:A passion for challenging the status quo and driving positive change: We appreciate individuals who proactively seek better ways of doing thingsExcellent communication skills: You thrive in international environments and can connect with people from diverse backgrounds and culturesPrevious experience and a strong commitment to using Sales tools such as SaleForce, Gong, Cognism and SimilarWebWhat you can expect from us:A passion for challenging the status quo and driving positive change: We appreciate individuals who proactively seek better ways of doing things\n
